Jessie Smith is the Artist Spotlight recipient for Oneshi Press Comic Anthology 2.

Jessie Smith is an artist in the lovely town of Missoula, Montana, and an emerging artist, whose life ambition is to one day support herself, and her family, on her artwork alone. Her art career initially started as a tattoo apprentice in 2011.

Through her apprenticeship she was exposed to a wide range of fine art techniques, and became interested in fine art as a way to express herself as an artist. Soon realizing tattooing wasn’t for her, she moved on and hasn’t looked back since.

In the last few years, her work has been on display in galleries, art shows, and craft fairs/markets, as well as propagating through private commissions.
