Fast-talking Leo gets bored when his roommate, Liz, goes on vacation. So, naturally, he purchases 17 monkeys to keep himself occupied.
Now, with Liz’s return looming, he realizes he’ll need her approval if he wants to keep the whole troop.
So, he hatches a plan to rent the monkeys out for parties, and maybe house-cleaning, if all goes well.

The collection of mostly unrelated stories explores the absurdity and yearning of young adult life in a world that makes little sense and shows no signs of getting its act together.
